Titan Intect Limited – Founded in 1984, Titan Intech embarked on a journey to digitally transform businesses. Our international solution architects, backed by years of experience and proven strategies, offer services that prioritize performance and scalability. We’re committed to delivering the highest quality and security for our clients’ IT infrastructure and business data. We are also foraying into setting up of state of art Data Centers in India.
Founding Objective:
The company was launched by the Priyadarshini group, in association with Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (APIDC) and Technocrats, with the main goal of manufacturing sewing, embroidery, and industrial threads.
Milestones
1984
Titan Intech was incorporated on January 16th and listed at Bombay Stock Exchange Limited. The company was founded with an authorized capital of 13 crores and a paid-up capital of 5.09 crores. The registered office was established at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
2012
The company underwent a name change from Priyadarshini Thread Ltd. to Indovation Technologies Ltd.
2014
100% stake in “Sristek Clinical Research Solutions Ltd.” was acquired by the company.
2015
The company established a Strategic Alliance Partnership with MIC Electronics Limited through an MOU, focusing on the business of LED Lighting & LED Range of Products.
2016
Titan Intech signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with U.P. Industrial Consultants Limited (UPICO).

Mr. Sunil Kumar Ghanathe
Mr. Sunil Kumar Ghanathe comes with over 33 years of working experience in administration, banking, infrastructure & IT industry a Commerce Graduate from Osmania University started his career in 1989 as Executive Operations in ITC Classic Finance a NBFC arm of ITC Limited. He is a Certified 32 PDU’s PMP ® FasTrac conducted by ASTRONIX, USA aims at providing professional with an opportunity to prepare for PMP ® for program managers.
He worked with ICICI Bank Admin & Global infra Group over 20 years and part of the ICICI Bank’s major infrastructure projects including ICICI Bank Tower, Nanakramguda which is a 5 million sft. facility to house over 25000 employees seats, ICICI Bank Data Recovery Centre (DRC) in Hyderabad, Regional offices in Bangalore and Chennai. During his tenure at ICICI Bank he was closely associated with Banks Senior Executives including MD & CEO, ED’s & HOD’s.
In 2010 he joined as Head of Operations – Director Global Operations of TEKSystems Global Services Pvt. Ltd., in Hyderabad which is wholly owned by Allegis Group global leader in talent solutions with over 500 locations around the globe the Industry Leader over 35 Years with Headquarters at USA, engaged in global talent, staffing, managed delivery services and recruitment services.

Mr. Sanjeev Sharma
He has experienced +27 years with skill set of Business Strategy, New Business Development, Institutional Liaison, Tendering, Corporate Strategic Partnerships, Project Co-ordination, Corporate Transactions & Financial Management. His industries exposure in Information Technologies, Infrastructure & Healthcare fields. Mr. Sanjeev Sharma worked at very senior positions at various organizations in said domains

Mr. Zameer Ahammed Kottala
With over 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, he has served as a director of information technology. Successfully revamped IT infrastructure, effectively managed IT department budget, and has extensive experience as an IT director and strong project management skills. He is certified in PMP, CTT+, CITA-P, and CGEIT and is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer.

Mr. Harjyot Singh Bedi
He is a 3rd generation hotelier. Mr. Bedi studied at Thames Valley University UK and studied business at London School of Economics and came back to India in ’99 after completing his hotel management in London to open ‘Indus’ a celebrated bar and night destination right next to the Taj Mahal Hotel, Colaba in Mumbai, India. He further went on to become an investor, entrepreneur, and promoter of brands like Smoke House Deli, Social, PaPaYa and several others. Mr. Bedi family is the only Indian partner of LCapital in hospitality segment. Currently he has expanded his portfolio into the health and wellness segment and is in the process of launching a premium health water and beverage brand. Mr. Bedi has strong inroads and personal connects with Narang Hospitality, Gate Gourmet, Ambassador Flight kitchen to name a few and has a strong Pan India network in the F&B sector.

Mr. Yeda Kiran Kumar
He worked as Scientist in Defence R&D, Indian Engineering Services (IES) and served Department of Telecom Services, worked in various capacities, and retired as Deputy Director General in Department of Telecom Services.
His areas of entrepreneurial interest include; among others; Renewable Energy, Telecom Infrastructure, Information Technology, Steel, etc. He founded Tenon10 with an objective to create sustainable and productive employment for at least 10000 persons before he calls it a day. Kiran Kumar did his Bachelor of Technology from JNTU College of Engineering Kakinada and was a topper in Master of Technology from IIT Delhi.

Mr. Pokuri Padmanabharao
He completed his Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering. He is having 15 plus years of experience in IBM Mainframe Technologies with all phases of project Life Cycle including Requirement Analysis, Program Design, Development, Unit testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Maintenance and Documentation. He worked for State of California, The CalWIN Consortium (California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids Information Network) and for the State of Virginia, The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) on contractual basis for various projects. He is also Director in Salila Technologies Private Limited

Mrs. Padmasree Kunapareddy
She has over 40 years of experience as a professional banker and recently retired as Senior Manager from Canara Bank. She has done Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Science. She has extensive knowledge of the banking industry. She also has firm understanding of corporate finance. She has ability to proactively identify and resolve problems and extensive cross functional and multi-disciplinary experience in Indian markets
