Company has received a documented formal consent for entering into a Strategic Alliance Partnership Agreement from ESDS Software Solution Limited, for the purpose of collaborating on various activities related to IT Products, Solutions, Services, and other related endeavours.

This Strategic Alliance Partnership is intended to encompass a wide range of activities, including but not limited to:

1. Setting up Data Centres: Both ESDS and TITAN will collaborate in establishing state-of-the-art data centres at various strategic locations in India to provide cutting-edge data management solutions.
2. Cloud Services: ESDS and TITAN will work together to offer comprehensive cloud services, catering to the evolving needs of businesses and organizations.
3. Products & Services: The partnership will allow us to jointly develop and offer innovative products and services tailored to the BFSI, Education, Healthcare, and Agriculture sectors, among others.
4. Project Execution: ESDS and TITAN will jointly undertake projects and contracts from Government and Private Clients, both in India and overseas. This will involve utilizing our collective expertise and range of Products, Solutions, and Services to deliver exceptional results.
5. Data Centres Expansion: We are also exploring the possibility of expanding our presence by setting up state-of-the-art data centres at various locations across India to meet the growing demands of the industry.
